Description

The SL2004 is a high-voltage, high-speed gate driver IC designed for power MOSFETs and IGBTs, featuring independent high-side and low-side outputs. Utilizing proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies, it ensures robust monolithic construction. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS and LSTTL outputs, supporting logic levels as low as 3.3V. Its output drivers incorporate a high pulse current buffer stage to minimize cross-conduction. The floating channel configuration enables driving N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side applications, operating up to 200V.
