1, the founder's career development experience, and entrepreneurial motivation.


I was one of the batch of professional managers who did residential industrialization in China at that time, and I also served as the CEO of a listed company, and I switched to the Beidou industry in 2010. When I was considering changing my career, I analyzed the macroeconomic trend to see which industry I could do in the long term and consider sustainability. The macro data of that year showed that China's per capita residential area had exceeded the world average, indicating that large-scale urban development had passed. Of course, there are still some small-scale scattered urbanisation, but the main big market has passed. That's why I transformed, selected the electronic industry now Beidou, is to see the development of the industry can still run 20 years.


 


2, the golden beacon strategic direction, corporate positioning, business model.


We are mainly focusing on the development and production of Internet of Things products, to provide customers with "Kingkelm" brand based on a series of electronic components, products for satellite navigation, location-based services, Internet of Things, smart cities and new energy vehicles, logistics information monitoring settlement (www.bds666.com) The products are used in satellite navigation, location services, Internet of Things, smart city and new energy vehicles, logistics information monitoring and settlement (). Strategically, we are firmly targeting the automotive electronics market. The automotive industry has a long introduction time and high product requirements, which can inversely promote the new product development capability and improve product quality of Golden Aerials, as well as improve the core competitiveness of the company.


Last year, we acquired an antenna manufacturing plant, located in Tangxia, Dongguan. The development of manufacturing industry needs to be down-to-earth, and the trend in the future is still hoping to be in line with the capital market. We have two companies (Golden Aerial kinghelm and Sako micro slkor), is to reduce the risk of development, because a single product and a single industry is too risky. It is also convenient to make a small ecology around new energy vehicles, which can promote and help each other. Some new products have a long cycle of large inputs, we will cross up with the short cycle of cooperation, long and short, fast and slow and the combination of different categories. Our customers are car manufacturers, at present, China National Heavy Duty Truck, BYD, Nanjing Jinlong, etc., are our customers of Golden Aerospace.


Our company and I are on the technology line, and I also focus on technology, and of course, management. Electronic manufacturing industry not only need to have technology, but also attention to detail, to do standards, processes. Standardised process construction is very important, can improve efficiency and reduce costs. At the same time, standardisation can reduce the quality risk, business risk, over-reliance on core staff and so on. I think there are five steps to standardisation, [sensitive word] is task decomposition, the second is data extraction, the third is process optimisation, the fourth is data curing, and the fifth is the optimisation of details and so on.

3, what are the key points or turning points of the career, what difficulties have been, how to overcome.


Doing business is very hard, often are key points ah. Anyway, there are a lot of difficulties, the main thing is to persevere. Because I used to be a property developer, I don't have any professional knowledge, industry knowledge, contacts and other resources. To develop, we have to work hard to slowly accumulate, is to overcome one by one and small difficulties, will be able to overcome some big difficulties, there is big development.


Enterprise development, industry development is a law and cycle, can not be achieved overnight. Do which industry, we have to feel the laws of the industry and know-how, head down and work hard to make up for the shortcomings. Relying on the wisdom and strength of the team, step by step towards our goal. Any unplugged development and blind optimism without respecting the law will pay the tuition fee. 4, what is the management style, for example, how to be responsible to shareholders, how to co-operate with the management team, how to manage subordinates and so on.

The management style of our company is simple and clean, and we want everyone to do things in a clear and straightforward manner. Each sum of money of the shareholders should be used in the key place and used in a clear way. Co-operation with the management team, in the management of subordinates, we still do a better job. It is their own leadership to do a good job of self-discipline, set an example, starting with me. We care for our colleagues in life, love and care for them, work also requires strict, so that the team has the executive force and combat effectiveness.


We believe that professional people do professional things. At present, the backbone of the team are from the peer companies, we converge together for a common goal. Several vice presidents and directors have senior experience in the field, research experience and leading companies in the industry, technology and management experience. We adopt internal training plus external industry elites to create an iron army with combat power. Company training is a very important piece, we have a training month every year and a training week every month. 5、How to understand the entrepreneurial spirit, the industry trend and the market environment of some views and needs.


In my opinion, the work of entrepreneurs is to combine the available social resources, make products to serve the society, and then distribute the profits. For example, the process of distributing to the shareholders and the team. Entrepreneurial spirit is to do a good job for the enterprise, for the country, for the society, including the shareholders to do a good job, to create wealth and value for the society, and continue to promote the development and progress of the society.

We are meticulous about each product, multiple multiple verifications, attention to every detail, must stand the test of time. To do manufacturing, you need to be focused and professional for a long time, and have the determination and the will to overcome all difficulties to reach the goal, which is also an important element of entrepreneurship.
